Furthermore, Chinese managers lack management skills and struggle with English, which is terrible for the business department that needs to deal with customers. The business development department is composed only of new graduates with no experience. The director of this department is a joke. The company's work culture is problematic, and during meetings, managers tend to argue loudly and waste time without resolving any issues. All the work is done by pushing Chinese employees to complete the tasks. If you prefer this type of company culture, you could try it. However, it is essential to note that most factory workers are Chinese and Mexican employees, making it challenging to communicate unless you understand three languages.
