The company is full of political fight. Previously, Fuyao bring a lot of short term employees from China to support FGA. But some of these Chinese employees want to permanently stay here, so they play a lot of dirty tricks: refuse to transfer knowledge to American employees, refuse to teach, make the FGA highly rely on them and FGA hardly to operate without them, and even give American employees a hard time, because American employees are their enemies. If American employees cannot stand it, then just leave, which make these Chinese employees much happy, they can hire the fresh, because the senior people are big threat to their immigration. To these short term Chinese employees, the first and most important thing is to stay USA , they don't care about future of the FGA. It is OK, if these Chinese employees can make contributions. But all of these Chinese people cannot speak English, it is very hard to communicate with them, some of them even bring a translator with them, they cannot even write any report, and they also refuse to learn any English, some of them even said that "we need to make Mandarin as the official language in FGA"

Management, if you ain’t beer buddy’s with tempering assembly management and supervisors you won’t move up! They will try everything to get you fired even tho you make the numbers so much higher and never have issues!
