G4S Secure Solutions reviews

With over 15 years of security experience, including armed security and supervisory experience, I was impressed by the website of G4S Secure Solutions. They really presented themselves as a very professional, well trained, well equipped security company. <br/>The illusions of how G4S Secure Solutions presented themselves ended there.<br/>For the last six months, I was assigned to a site that employed multiple employees with unstable mental behaviors and highly unprofessional levels of hostility, harassment and discourteousness within the security department and towards their customers that reported daily complaints by those who had to endure the behavior of G4S Security Officers. <br/>-This was reported to several supervisors.<br/>-This was reported to the Security Chief.<br/>-This was reported in a meeting at the district level.<br/>-This was reported in a three page detailed report and one hour long interview conducted at a corporate level, INCLUDING the corporate definitions of "Harassment", "Retaliation", and "Hostile Work Environment", all in which G4S (fraudulently) claims they have 'zero tolerance' for.<br/><br/>After six months of patience, G4S consistently refused to stand upon their false claims of "zero tolerance", in which no action was taken, and to the best of my knowledge, these mentally unstable individuals still harass people at the location I was assigned to. I say 'best of my knowledge', because in the final discovery of one of these mentally unstable security officers using company surveillance equipment against me with intentions of retaliation led me to immediately concluding my employment with the company. <br/>The truth I learned about G4$ $ecure solutions, yes, you guessed it, is that all they care about is profit. Not the safe environment of their employees, nor the harassment customers experience from G4$ mentally unstable security

The management was horrible under qualified individuals got jobs the couldn't handle & messed up employees pays & no one fixed it. The over qualified was given mediocre pay along with mediocre positions.
