Something isn't right with GA Telesis

Pros

Seems like a professional team with ample opportunity for growth if you get lucky enough to not be laid off without warning.

Cons

Everything changes once you get there. A seemingly professional management and seemingly promising opportunity turned out turned out to be a huge waste of time. After quickly becoming a sales leader, and receiving constant praise for my performance, I received a phone call telling me not to return. No explanation was given. I later learned that this is a pattern around the holidays. Mine was Labor Day. I'm not a shady businessperson, so I wouldn't understand what the company has to gain by this. Very disappointing.

Great market reach. We are everywhere. Company focuses on relationships with proactive and aggressive travel. Information is kept and distributed so we can trend and forecast.

Cons

Such quick growth is tough but the right management is in place to lead us in the right direction. No real issues to share

Great environment to work in. Good management. Lots of growth opportunity if you apply yourself and make it known you want to be apart of the company longterm.

Cons

The only con I have is the benefits package could be improved.
