Pros

The Leadership Team made me feel welcome and have supported my position. The leadership style is one of genuine interest for the employees and providing resources to help one succeed. Customer focus is THE top priority. It is often said: "What are we here for? For the customer".

Cons

So far there have not been any negatives worth mentioning. We have several divisions, so it has been challenging learning who is who and interacting with other divisions.

Pros

Great Inventory, Great People. Mangement that assits individual growth. None of the large comapny issues in Acoounting, and Finance. A QC department that gets it!. A place where team work is not just a word, it is a practice from the bottom to the top. Ot feels like home!

Cons

few and far between, perhaps parking could be better aloocated.

Pros

GA Telesis is a larger size corporation with a small company feel. It is definitely a hands on approach but there are soo many opportunities to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Parking kind of sucks if you get there after 8:30 but the good news if there still is parking just not convenient parking!
