Thank you for sharing your candid feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to highlight both your experience and the areas where you feel we are not meeting expectations.
We’re glad to hear that you found some value in learning our systems, even if that learning was largely self-driven. That said, it’s clear we need to do better in providing structured onboarding and ongoing training so employees feel supported from day one.
Your concerns around favoritism, account distribution, compensation, and recognition are taken very seriously. We aim to create an environment where opportunities, workload, and rewards are distributed fairly and transparently, and where performance is recognized and encouraged—not discouraged. The experience you’ve described does not align with the culture we are working to build.
We also hear your feedback regarding leadership accessibility and engagement. Strong leadership requires being connected to teams, understanding challenges on the ground, and actively working to remove barriers to success. We acknowledge that there are gaps in consistency here, and we are actively working to improve communication, accountability, and management effectiveness across the organization.
Compensation, growth opportunities, and recognition are critical to employee motivation and retention. As we continue to evolve, we are reviewing how we better align performance with rewards, ensure equitable distribution of opportunities, and create clearer paths for advancement.
While we may not agree with all aspects of your characterization, we do take the underlying concerns seriously—particularly around fairness, employee support, and recognition of high performers. Feedback like yours is important in helping us identify where we need to improve and take meaningful action.
We wish you success in your future endeavors and thank you again for your feedback.
