Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your 5–7 years with the company. We recognize that tenure like yours reflects a meaningful investment of time and effort, and we appreciate that.
We’re glad to hear that the work itself has remained engaging. At the same time, we are concerned by your comments regarding compensation, workload, workplace culture, and management effectiveness. The experience you’ve described is not what we strive to provide.
Your feedback about accountability practices and the resulting culture is especially important. Accountability should foster clarity, ownership, and teamwork—not a blame-oriented environment. We acknowledge that when this balance is off, it can negatively impact collaboration, morale, and retention. This is an area where we are actively working to improve through stronger leadership alignment, clearer expectations, and a greater emphasis on team-based success.
We also understand that compensation and workload are key factors in employee satisfaction. As the company has grown, we continue to evaluate how we can better align pay, resources, and staffing with the demands placed on our teams.
Turnover is something we take seriously, and feedback like yours helps us better understand the underlying causes so we can address them in a meaningful way.
While we may not agree with every characterization, we do value your perspective and the time you spent contributing to the organization. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors and thank you again for your honest feedback.
