GA Telesis reviews

Management is top heavy. I worked in a hostile work environment. One of the managers hated me for whatever their reason. Certain health problems went away once I left this place. There are many promises made but not kept. There is no way to move up in this company. You have to "hang" with the boys and be the social butterfly They hire from the outside for many and there is a high rate of turnover for the "workers" who don't get raises or only sideways promotions. They let long time people go stating they are headed a different way and with no warning.

Raises do not exist, they're only promises. Company has a high turnover rate for every department. Average salesperson makes 30 K a year, and there is no commission. There is no dressdown Friday, though on some Fridays company collects five dollars from each person who wants to dress down and allows them to wear jeans. Proceeds from collections go to charity on behalf of GA Telesis, even though it is our donation. Positive reviews are fake!!! This company does not care about employees and that is why we leave.
