We thank you kindly for your review. It is unfortunate that you did not have an enjoyable experience at GA Telesis where we have an independent satisfaction survey of 99.3%. To address your concerns about female advancement, 25% of the GA Telesis staff are female which includes positions in Supervisor, Director and Vice President roles across the organization. Additionally, I want to point out, that you reported to and were terminated by a female Vice President, who is also considered a minority class, so your claims about female advancement are baseless and without merit.
As for your other claims, all new GA Telesis employees are granted Paid Time Off (PTO) and receive additional PTO days on certain anniversaries. In the history of GA Telesis, no one has ever earned 8 weeks of PTO, as you claim, including the CEO. We also do allow employees to carry a week of PTO into the following calendar year. Lastly, we are up to speed on the latest technology (what you mistakenly refer to as a time clock) to provide us analytical analysis and most importantly our teams’ safety in the event there is an emergency. We are really sorry about your experience at our company, but it seems you were a little out of touch with what was going on. Regardless, we do wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors and because we use the latest and greatest technology, we can easily provide your employment information when requested by your future employer.
