-GA Telesis operates with all levels of aviation companies and highly respected by customers and competitors. -Strong leadership with high expectations and high goals, which motivates the employees to work smarter and harder. -Unique small business culture which offers philanthropic opportunities and is beginning to increase educational platform to support and educate current and future employees. -Opportunities to travel the world visiting our global offices, customers, or conferences. -This company was built by hard work and dedication, and it remains grounded to those principles. If you enjoy working hard and learning on a daily basis, this is a great company to work at.

Cons

Fast paced sales environment with little room for error. Our reputation is very valuable to us, therefore, it is imperative that our employees always remain competitive and present the company with high value. Some people cannot handle the pressure to always get better and never accept complacency, which might lead disliking the work environment.

Cons

All the reviews are bogus and not posted by any employees. This is just upper mgmt's attempt to keep good ratings on this site. My advice is to just stay away from this company.
