Pros
People actually doing the work are kind and friendly. The office is easy to get to.
Cons
Everything is very political. Those at the top are homegrown and lack a broader perspective. They do things a certain way because it's "how it's always been done". This is not a place to grow or learn. They do not value your education or external training. They have a way to do things and are not open to new ideas, technology, or process. It's difficult to work with other teams because everyone does things differently. They also lack diversity in a big way.
