      Pros

      This company is growing incredibly fast. The culture is great.

      Cons

      The leadership is scrambling to keep up with growth. There is a lot of infighting and power struggles. The good old boy club still exists and it’s hard to trust anyone in power there.

      Pay was competitive, lots of benefits to choose from, lots of company events (you feel forced to attend and get reprimanded at the same time for not working), paid revit training

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, poor project managers, lack of training/teaching, various forms of harassment visible, good ol' boy club, supposed happiest employee award for years
