11yThank you for your valuable feedback. GCG takes a lot of pride balancing the best of big company resources with a small company feel, hence the "get anything done" culture. Underwriting can be a process that challenges everyone's patience from time to time (especially when you're waiting for your commission to come through). GCG does not control the underwriting process of our business partners or broker/dealer. Often when the case warrants, GCG can exert influence to speed up the process but ultimately can't make underwriting decisions independently.
