The GCG management team shows their concern for the team members everyday! It is a big organization that has managed to maintain a family atmosphere.

Cons

As an organization spread across the country, you don't get the face to face interactions with many of the folks you are collaborating with. It would be nice to meet so many of the Zoom participants.

When complex tasks require a collaborative effort, GCG practices utilizing a team-effort approach.

Cons
