Pros

Flexible company when it comes to working from wherever. They provide most of the tools you need to succeed. It has a small company feel as everyone is rowing in the same direction and wanting to help you , not matter if you're remote or in the office.

Cons

The name doesn't go a long ways in the industry just yet and there are still a lot of roots to the transactional insurance business of the past, but the company is working to evolve and I have all the confidence that they will.

GCG really cares about people - employees, partners and clients alike - and always acts with integrity. GCG listens to feedback and ideas, and is dedicated to making this a great place for people to work and do business... many great changes and programs have been rolled out over the past few years, building on the foundation of a great family business. The people that work here are fantastic - smart and fun to work with - and know how to laugh and enjoy themselves. The nine tenets and collaborative way principles provide a common language and value set to guide the organization. And finally, this company is growing by leaps and bounds!!

Cons

The cyclical nature of this industry in general can be challenging to manage and balance. But there is also a lot of opportunity to have an impact and make a lasting difference - both at the consumer level, and at the macro delivery level!
