Work where it's best program enables employees to work from home. Mangers who actually care about the wellbeing of their employees and not just getting the work done. A team effort is definitely utilized. All employees are valued, no matter what role they are in. Good benefits plan, lots of time off available

Cons

A lot of meetings for things that could easily be said in an email. Not a lot of room for promotion to a higher position
