The people are nice. If you're a consultant, there is the opportunity to move around which means more opportunity to learn.

Cons

You will get laid off if there is no work. There is no real notice when a layoff occurs. Sometimes it is difficult to get a hold of someone if questions or problems.

Pros

GDC is a friendly place to begin a career as an application developer. They provide good mentors to help you learn and progress through your career and help you learn multiple technologies. Everything is based around C# and ASP.NET MVC.

Cons

The biggest downside is the noncompetitive pay. If there payment was higher, they would be a company I would stay with longer term.
