- Solid Technical Staff - From the people, to the management staff, to the culture - GDC is a great environment. - Young demographic with the motivation to grow. - The new offices are great! - Open Door policy - Company sponsored events - Recruiting team is very helpful and are available to connect with you as needed - HR Staff has been helpful, especially with personal benefit information and retirement fund. - Management has an interest in your well being with the company.

Cons

Company continues to grow and with growth comes change. If you're a go-getter and can adapt well, your chances of success are greater and opportunities will come. Mid-size company with big plans, wearing multiple hats are a norm. Not for everyone.

Pros

- Accessible leadership and good company culture. Company is still growing so there are a lot of opportunities to make an impact. - Recruiters that actually take the time to get to know you. I have worked with a lot of bad recruiters, especially in IT. Everyone I have worked with at GDC has been responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. - Good work/life balance. - Employee appreciation events--company picnics, potlucks, and a big annual company event around the holidays. - Technical teams are friendly and helpful.

Cons

- Company is still growing, so you have to be flexible with learning new processes and technologies. It's definitely not for everyone. If you are willing to embrace change and take initiative, you will do well and advance.
