- If the client wants you, they will pony up to get you. - Nice offices

Cons

- Company throws around money but pleads poverty to employees. - Revolving door of help desk employees. - long term employees…they don’t want you! - Company has ridiculously high overhead.

Stressful, maybe a good stepping stone for IT jobs

Pros

Your coworkers are nice and suffer with you. There are routes for advancement, but I would personally spend the time learning a more advanced skill set and moving to a different IT position entirely.

Cons

The company has a turn and burn policy with service desk folks.

some of the co workers are very nice.

Cons

the company does leadership does not care about its employees. While I understand we are in hard times right now laying people off and ending thier medical benefits that same day is a evidence to how you truly feel about your employees. Sales has not sold a single MSA contract in a year but instead focuses on selling hardware because that is what gets you paid. PTO time is less then standard these days with only 2 weeks and no chance to get more until the 5 year mark. ay raises are frozen and have been for 2 years.
