Pros

Worked with a recruiter at GDC when I relocated with my family to the Central PA area. I had an interview with a recruiter and they talked to me about a few open jobs. I got an interview with one of the clients a few days later, and then got the offer for a full-time onsite consultant role that week. Pretty good experience overall. Pros - helped me find a job quickly, work with nice people, health benefits start day one, seems like the company is growing

Cons

System for logging time is a little confusing, but that's the only thing at this point.

GDC is a really great company to work for if you want a positive and healthy environment! Everybody is willing to work together and assist you the best they can with no complaints. They are awesome with training and making sure you have everything you need in order to be okay on your own. They also do a wonderful job of making sure you get a good balance of a healthy lifestyle by not over working anyone! If you wanna build relationships with genuine and fun people here is where you do it!
