When I interviewed with company it seemed nice place to work

Cons

It's not so nice a place. Some people are favorites and then there's everybody else. If you're not a favorite it doesn't matter if you do good because you're stuck where you are. I seen alot of good people go and bad people get to stay.

- Everyone is super nice, over all a great work environment - Lots of opportunity to learn new things and advance - Recruiters don't leave you in the dark about status of job opportunties - fun events that pull company together like potlucks for the holidays and cookouts in the summers - you have the opportunity to get to know a lot of different people throughout the company, opening many opportunities

Cons

The company is growing, so if you are a fan of change and want a job that is mundane, this is not the place for you. Definitely for someone who is ready to come in, learn, grow, and help the company advance.
