Pros

Decent benefits package. Nothing like UPS or Fedex but better than average. Amazing facility.

Cons

They bring you in and anytime during the 90 days, if there is anyone on the team that doesn't like you, your gone. Doesn't matter why, or what you gave up to be there. Horrible way to run a buisness. Peoples lives and families could forgo the opportunity if properly earned of the career risks. This place wont last with this management model.

-Unlimited knowledge to gain. -Diverse workforce. -Teaming is different for most, but best way for accountability and effective operation. -One big family. -Love to come to work everyday. -Many perks both financially and work environment. -Horizontal management structure due to "teaming" environment. -Promotion structure is fair and works. -90 day probation period is great to determine if individuals are quality. -Paternity leave. -Very flexible schedules. -Taking pride in where you work, because very few people get do do what you do.

Cons

-Stressful interview process and then a strict 90 day probation period (great when your on the other side) -Quality of some applicants. -Sometimes if feels like you waste effort and time when you know someone is not qualified to make it past their probation period.
