Pros

Decent pay and schedule. They pay for you to get all of your licenses.

Cons

Supervisors are awful. They micromanage you down to the minute everyday. Only worried about numbers and not employees themselves. Don’t help when you ask for it.

Pros

Great Benefits, pays well. Has "work from home" options

Cons

Yelled at daily from customers, constant queue, made more tolerable if you have a good supervisor, but it's a coin flip. They take "low-cost provider" to the next level. You are held to "optimistic" metrics while working with a glitchy system.

Pros

The starting rate is awesome and you get raises almost every 6 months of 10% of your starting rate.

Cons

Communication with higher ups is terrible and so unorganized
