Most of the pros were taken away, like profit sharing, job security and team stability.

Cons

Loss of profit sharing, change in benefits that make it impossible to get needed medication, toxic environment. Lack of real communication for company vision, and financial standing.

GEICO has been through a storm & they aren't out of it yet, but they are positioned for the future and to provide a service for all a customer's insurance needs in a one stop digital shop - via the Marketplace.

Cons

GEICO has restructured and changed their business model and has had turnover & new hires at the executive level; this transition time has been uncomfortable for some associates and has left some associates as victims to layoffs. Depending on how empowered the middle & front line management have felt, the environment in which associates are working might be a negative one.
