Pros

Pays very well with a competitive benefits package

Cons

Soul sucking. Typical issues with a call center. Overly managed. Every second is tracked. They have a 38.5 hour work week to account for potential overtime. So obviously you gotta work more to hit that sweet sweet overtime

Pros

You get healthcare benefits, 401k, dental, vision.

Cons

They want you to hit near impossible goals to be considered a 5. There is no flexibility when it comes to shifts. They tell you there is before you get hired, but once you get hired and go through transition you are stuck with the shift that they give you, they let you choose from a few equally horrible ones so that you feel like you're given a choice. But they still stick you with your 3rd or 4th option. When you have issues with other employees it gets swept under the rug because "management already knows all about it". Do not apply for Geico. It was the worst decision I've ever made.
