Pros
Pay is decent at the start, raises can happen frequently during your first few years. Sometimes you can get flex scheduling. There's good PTO and sick time.
Cons
This is a call center position so you are going to handle back to back calls of angry people. Metric goals change frequently and if you aren't number one in the country then you are losing and your supervisor is going to be coming after you. This job is not for the faint of heart, your mental well-being will be effected.
