If you had asked me 3 years ago, I would have told you I loved working here. But the last 3 years have been downhill for me. My supervisor was terrible and put me down almost all the time. It didn’t matter how hard I tried, I was always talked down on by them. Supervisor had been with the company for decades, so basically wasn’t going anywhere. Left for another job and honestly my life and mental health has improved 100x.

Frenetic pace. Micromanaged. Supervisors spread too thin, so they can't properly manage/develop their teams. What used to be bonus level performance is now the expectation just to keep your job. Culture used to be supportive and fun. Now it's bleak.
