As a brand new employee I was generally placed wherever, my first week was with the controls department, a couple weeks with plumbing before eventually being put on where I applied in electrical, sometimes helping in the warehouse when work was slow
Was originally leaving to find work in a different field I was more interested in, got convinced to stay for a position that I'd mentioned wanting to go to, and from there communication fell apart so I later departed
Pay is biweekly and not weekly
Certain coworkers were less than friendly because they felt like they were stuck in their positions, but I expected that from field work like this
