Pros

Colleagues tend to support each other quite a bit, sharing info and learning.

Cons

Everything is wrong with the company. Management is very controlling and horrible. No integrity! Manipulative! Liars! Leads are non- existent. They expect you to just know the answer without being a set policy in place. The whole time I worked here I felt like my life was being sucked out of me. My advice... DON'T EVEN THINK STAY AWAY AVOID AT ALL COST!

Pros

Nice employees to work with

Cons

No WFH option Management clearly only values you if you are of a certain demographic. Bonuses are not fair, and are at the discretion of however your manager feels about you personally rather than work ethic. Stuck in old school thinking, They pay people under market value compared to other companies. Call center has low morals and can't keep people past 6 months on avg! It's about who you know here on the exec team rather than what you bring to the table.

Pros

There are no Pros to this company. I'd give this company ZERO stars if it were an option!

Cons

It's a mill. In the 6 months I was there I saw 15 people either quit or get fired. They claim they have "leads." This is 100% a lie from a "faith-based organization." I don't care to get into the details, but I lost my already teetering faith in any religion. They treat their employees like robots and dangle their bonus which is 100% unattainable with their business model. Get ready to cold call all day every day and be treated like garbage if it breaks you down. No one on earth can do that soul-crushing work without becoming completely exhausted and worn out. They micro-manage you and have an endless stream of new hires, that alone should tell you something.
