Overall a good place to work

Pros

Most people are kind and hard working. The office space itself is very nice with walking trails right next to the building. The company culture is very christian conservative. If you're looking to escape woke corporations and "diversity and inclusion workshops" it's a nice change.

Cons

There's a lot of micro management and pressure to perform if you work in the call center. The culture, especially management, tends to view the call center reps as unimportant/the lowest rung on the totem pole. However, in terms of call center jobs it's still a pretty positive culture overall.
