Pros

Great exposure to sell side investment banking. Great work life balance with travel opportunities. Opportunity to move over to deal teams

Cons

Standard business broker. Sales guys "Senior Managing Directors" tell small business owners anything in order to walk out with a check leaving unrealistic expectations. Deal closing rates are far below other business brokers.

Pros

Hiring process not too difficult. The general manager in Austin is competent and easy to work with. He treats everyone fairly and with respect. Good place to start an Inside Sales career. Most co-workers are friendly. The organization as a whole seems to be ethical. If you are starting a sales career or you need the opportunity to make a living fairly quickly. I would recommend this company, as long as you understand the nature of the job.

Cons

Be prepared to make at least 150 - 200 outbound calls a day. This is not necessarily a Con. However, this is high volume cold calling job. There is a bit of micromanaging. Talk time and number of calls are watched very closely. .Base salary is a bit on the low side.
