Good work-life balance with a fun and diverse set of people working there. Fewer politics than would be expected in the industry.

Cons

Not risk-takers which is frustrating at times. Acts like it is much smaller than it is as a default.

Pros

Great benefits, great work culture. Even joining during lockdown and working exclusively from home, it was very easy getting help from all kinds of colleagues to get started on the right foot. Everyone is very approachable. You can be located anywhere if needed.

Cons

Work-life balance is difficult to find, depending on the project you're on. The company's strategy to not over-reach before revenue is generated has been a great strategy, but it does mean that a team may be understaffed until the project takes off.
