Thanks for your review! Even though GEP's been around for a while and is experiencing huge growth, we do feel young and independent because we know it's important to never stop learning. We strive every day to achieve excellent work/life balance for our people, along with opportunities to grow with experience and success.

Pros

This is WO diversified US based company. Has three verticals Consulting, Outsourcing & Technology. Though you'd hear and read that this company is #1 in several front but needs a revisit on many areas. Good place for freshers to start an learn Sourcing & Procurement. For experienced individuals it may become a bit monotonous and less challenging work. Company is growing so people sticking around can grow. A decent learning opportunity for freshers and they can really learn a lot if they "want" to. Consulting has a decent setup with work-flex and good competitive pay. Company has subsidized canteen; food served is average; evening snacks (Free); 3 times a month free cab service available.

Cons

Company seems to have targeted niche market and work to grow. Though company is growing in size & revenue; it may become vulnerable to loose good & experienced talent and may need to revisit how they want to continue growing. As other corporate, politics is around and at times can be visible due to regional and language groups. Transport/cab service is poorly managed and employee needs to pay a part of cab expenses every month. Home drops only post 11.00 PM. Yes most of the times you'd be working in second shifts except technology and few specific outsourcing teams.
