      Good exposure when joining out of undergrad.

      Salaries can be more competitive and senior team can be better at mentoring and providing direction.

      Pros

      This is with regard to the consulting practice - Below are some of the things that help me look forward to going to work everyday - 1. Above average pay compared to the market 2. Amazing people and a great work culture as a result 3. Flexibility to work from home whenever needed 4. Company is moderately innovative and aiming to diversify and grow. Which means employees get opportunities to contribute to such initiatives, given they are interested 5. Given the nature of work, every consultant gets a lot of exposure to multiple client industries, many organisational functions and diverse nature of people 6. The transportation facility is convenient and makes daily commute hassle-free 7. Because of # 5 above and since engagement are target based, the work poses a challenge and pushes people to become better

      Cons

      Below are some actionable aspects that need improvement, with my take on how one could handle these in the Advice to Management sections - 1. Food served 2. Communication and Growth strategy 3. The importance given to appraisal scores in evaluating employees' performance vs the importance given to creating/communicating/implementing this mechanism must be balanced well. 4. Utilizing idle resources effectively.
