      Pros

      Good compensation Fair Benefit That's about all I can think of, everything else was horrible!

      Cons

      Lies lies lies, everything they said turned out to be a lie! Double sided executive management who will promise one and do another! Extremely Hippocratic environment Be aware of what you are getting yourself into! No training and system for new employees! This was the worst experience of my life. Stay away from GEP.

      You get freedom to work on your own

      Cons

      Too many (i am writing this with the perspective of technology team) 1. No vision from management 2. No grooming 3. No trainings provided to harness the skills 4. HR organization organizes some real stupid trainings 5. Too much of internal politics 6. Too many deadlines to meet 7. Too much of effort is wasted in a bid to trap employees by designing unnecessary prototypes which most of the time are worthless 8. Senior mgmt is utterly confused of giving direction to the team

      The management is approachable Poeple are friendly & willing to help Employees treated more like family members

      The intentions are good...maybe needs to be communicated properly Has a lot of potential to grow...but not picturised in a way it should be to attract attention & excite people outside
