Pros

* Good work at early and junior levels - though the quality of work can be repetitive.

Cons

* Management maintains excessive control at mid-and-senior levels * Eclectic in their hiring and firing decisions - several senior and well seasoned folks have left recently with little or no communication. * Firm needs to grow past managements current capabilities * Shifing to an outsourcing model rather than a consulting model resulting in lower value-add and more repetitive work.

Pros

Global eProcure is a startup and is in its high growth stage. The work environment is very nice, with most of the employees in the field most of the time.

Cons

Being a consulting firm, the firm must be nimble as jobs end when the contract is over. This is one thing every employee must keep in the back of their mind.
