Pros

* For someone in tech domain there is so much to learn at early stage. This is place where you stay for year or 2, learn a lot by working on new technologies hands on and then leave. * Pay is comparatively better than industry level, but they make sure to get every penny's worth from you

Cons

* Company hires fresher people on contract so it will be easier to fire people whenever they want. Their attrition rate is very high so instead of firing permanent people they prefer to keep employees on contract and let them go later. * No work life balance for Tech people. Managers expect that you will sit and finish work by staying awake till 3-4 in morning. Even on many weekends you are expected to work by default. ( In time of Corona, Company sent mail saying take a leave but by keeping deadlines intact. What was the use of that) * "Compensatory off" is joke. It will only be given if you work for 8 hours on weekends otherwise 2-3 hours is not even considered as work. Even if they do give there is no time to utilize those as work is always there * Requirements for projects are never given. There is no documentation of any kind. You work on something and 90% of it will be changed at last minute. There is so much regressive work. Requirements are changed in between projects and very frequently. * In case they tell you that they have Agile in progress, it is not case. It is always AD HOC. You work on random things many time which come out of no where * Instead of creating one product and features per client, complete different versions of product are created for each client. They just accept what client wants without thinking if it is possible or asking tech person if it is feasible. * Upper management does not understand or not even care how much work is being done by engineers. Internal politics is horrible but all they care about is delivering product on time regardless of quality and Dev people are blamed again in case something goes wrong. * People at senior levels are also frustrated because of management but all they say is "That's how this company works" * Internal politics is too much and it wastes so much time. No communication between different teams and no one wants to take responsibility of product. PMG are looked at from different angles as if they cannot do anything wrong
