      I joined GEP as a fresher, and for a fresher there is lot to learn both from technology wise & Management wise. You will learn to handle your work + pressure

      Cons

      Management needs to improve on handling there resources.

      1. Only team members are good.

      Cons

      1. "Sir" to manager 2. No proper plan 3. No Agile process 4. Managers dont have interaction with team members. 5. No work life balance. If you are married,I would suggest to stay in office by taking one room. 6. I don't think HR people are present.They should learn professionalism. 7. I haven't seen such a worst company.
