      Good People to work with Great command with technology Good facilities - Transport is Amazing, Medical, Food Working on Latest Cutting Edge Technologies Good Infrastructure Hardware wise

      Cons

      - Should conduct training programmes for internal team members, It should more often, as so many people are working together. its always good to have some change in the schedule. - No great hikes. though they provide good package on joining. - Late working hours like every other company, but not every time. -If working in shifts or on Weekends should provide Shift allowance and Salary for working on weekend rather than a comp-off

      + Capability of people to take risk and think out of the box + Every day is a new learning + Get to work on new technologies/frameworks like angular, nodejs + Open culture and flat hierarchy + Facilities like transport and recreational room + Best buddies to be around
