      Good benefits, unorganized corporate

      Pros

      Peers are great to work with, decent PTO, ability to WFH, located all over the US, flexible schedules, not micromanaged

      Cons

      Merged with another company recently so new system is very unorganized and no one knows what we're supposed to be doing, clear job descriptions and hierarchy but dont pay attention to qualifications when giving job titles, minimal communication to staff that is of real substance or directive

      Poor communication from all levels of management, slow to change or adapt to better design methods, leadership does not follow through on initiatives, minimal support for proper training in design software, no company CAD standards established

      Hybrid work schedule Project diversity Benefits Little to No interaction with upper management. Some attempts made by management to entice employees to come to office(free lunch or breakfast).

      Cons

      Nepotism, cronyism, overstaffed middle management in all departments. Overstaffed non billable staff. Although, this seems to be rectified by recent layoffs. Design teams are understaffed and overworked. Employment uncertainty.
