Pros

Nice office, good training, gym, brand name

Cons

Political and transactional environment in corporate services. You can't trust HRBP/leaders to do the right thing for the company. Try raising real problems and you are brushed aside.

Pros

Best training and medical coverage. They have gym, medical insurances and provide opportunities to learn.

Cons

Too many hierarchy, you report to many different portfolio managers, compliance managers and all review your performances. Very difficult to satisfy all. You need a good grasp with networking to survive there. One manager do not like you, you are doom even you performed well with the rest of the management. It is still very focus on academics. No scholar, CFA, CAIA, CPA.. you generally just fall under the support staffs.
