      Small group of toxic employees who seem to be posting recurring bad reviews here. Passive aggressive victim mentality very strong

      Great exposure to new technologies

      Pros

      Exposure to some of the latest trendy technologies including public cloud, tools for data analytics, etc, plus ample trainings, seminars, discussions and workshops with technology providers. This helped a lot in career advancement after GIC. Good amount of friendly, smart, and hardworking colleagues. I made some friends outside work Good benefits: snacks in office, gym, regular team building budgets Some managers are capable, visionary, and supportive. Some projects are meaningful. A lot of opportunities to learn and contribute if working in the right team for the right manager at the right time.

      Cons

      There were bad times and less interesting tasks with some teams too. Lack of proper technical career ladder in technology department.
