      Undergoing change in some departments. Low morale only in pockets.

      Pros

      Nice and friendly work environment. Competitive staff benefits such as training subsidies and mobile allowance. Smart colleagues. Morale is CS departments differ - it is not low across the board. There are happy people and good managers in CS too!

      Cons

      Some departments are going though changes with new leadership. Change management can be managed better. New leadership need to take time to get to know and gather feedback before rushing to implement changes to processes and policies.
