Pros

There is employee recognition of a job done well. Gerry is accessible to all employees

Cons

It is my exoerience that upper management is arrogant. Gerry comes across as an affable guy but I believe he is one of the most arrogant people that I have ever worked for.

Pros

GLC is a great company to work for. Senior Management practices what they preach and ownership is very down to earth and in tune with both their clients and employees needs. The company's objective is high quality customer service and they achieve this by ensuring their employees are treated fairly. For years I've witnessed many employees leave for greener pastures, only to return because they realized it wasn't as green as they thought it would be. Also has a VERY high client retention rate.

Cons

Still a small company compared to other Manage Services Providers, which likely give potential clients the perception that they are not able to handle their demands/needs as well as the bigger companies in the industry.
