Growing company, that stays true to its small business philosophy. Makes changes to reflect changing needs of clients and employees. Excited to see what new CEO Mike Hayes has planned for this "Great Little Company".

Customers do not realize the upside of engaging a smaller company like GLC and therefore many organizations may not consider GLC.
