Pros

Pay is comparable for this field.. Pay rates ranges from $10 to $14 hourly give or take. Great if you are a student or young adult.

Cons

Human resources department refuses to speak with staff members; they will only speak with management. I understand this dilemma seeing the number of employees to HR. However, as a growing organization you should make it your priority to not only please the client but to please your employees. Satisfied employees encourage a good work environment.
