Work from home or in-office, flexibility to work in different time zones if needed, social events, opportunity to achieve quarterly bonuses, learning about different industries, PTO
Cons
Workload can be heavy and priorities pivot quickly and unexpectedly. Not a lot of autonomy during the workday and a lot of distractions from Microsoft teams chats, and having to constantly update other departments on your progress. The hours are 8am-6pm but many times you are online longer in the evening. Everything is very metrics driven. Although the company has mobility opportunities, they are typically into a role similar to the one you are already in- just staying online way longer and way more of a workload.
