Pros
A good place to learn about project management and get exposed to a wide range of industries; fancy clients and network members you can learn from. The culture varies a lot depending on which team you are in. Overall there is a friendly and supportive culture across the company
Cons
Longer than usual hours (9.5-10/day) but the pay is not as competitive. The annual bonus is less motivating, and a bit hard to find intrinsic motivation in the job once an employee gets used to daily routine and challenges. The high turnover rate among front end individual contributors and lower level management team reflects the need for improvement
