Pros

-you'll learn a lot and gain client-facing experience early in your career -gain valuable exposure to industry leaders in the form of Council Members -gain inside knowledge of how companies view and conduct their research -highly transferrable skills - good also if your eventual goal is a transition into grad school (business, law, med or some other master's program) -can achieve management experience much earlier than at other companies (sometimes as early as age 25-26) -great, friendly, and generally intellectually curious people

Cons

-they are constantly changing their team structures, making it difficult to identify good mentorship or gain any sort of stability in your role -they claim pay is competitive but in my experience, it is a bit lower than what other research firms pay (though not bad) -with young(er) managers comes growing pains
