Pros
Very nice colleagues but the rotation is so high because everyone wants to leave as soon as possible.
Cons
Micromanagement, I have never seen this kind of micromanagement in a company. Micromanagement, they don't care about you, they just care about themselves. Inequality between teams which is very important if you want to get better commissions. Low salary for Dublin where the rent is very expensive. They act like they don't care at all, they know the rotation is huge and they haven't changed anything.
